You will join a whole supportive community of women working towards the same goal so there is lots of support.

There are 12 live Classes a week and Recorded Sessions.

I also have a facebook group that you can join where I do a quick daily Live for fitness and well-being motivation.

You get ongoing support from me in the classes and I will personally check in with you to see how you are doing.
